Annand, John Davis Sr.
John Davis Annand, Sr. practiced in the Portland area for over 50 years. Only one structure in Lake Oswego has been identified as his work. Annand’s firm designed numerous high schools and secondary schools throughout Oregon as well as the School of Architecture and Theater buildings at the University of Oregon. One of the buildings I love in Lake Oswego is the Oswego Hunt Barn located at 2725 Iron Mountain Boulevard. Built between 1936 and 1938, the Hunt Club is listed on both the National Register of Historic places and is a Lake Oswego Landmark.
